For over two decades, Scanline VFX and Eyeline Studios have shaped the visual effects behind some of the world’s most ambitious films and series. As they evolved into Eyeline, Netflix’s premiere VFX partner, the studio faced a rare creative challenge: to reimagine not just its look, but its lens on the future. Eyeline needed a brand that could honor its craft while redefining its ambition. One that could attract visionary filmmakers and the next generation of artists shaping what’s next.
Thinking
LOS YORK partnered with Eyeline to help bring that vision into focus. The result: a new identity built around the simplest building block in image-making — the pixel. One spark. One drop. One mark that unlocks infinite creative potential. From that idea emerged a modular system of type, motion, and color. Each of Eyeline’s three divisions — VFX, Studios, and Labs — aligns with one of the RGB channels, a nod to the elemental forces behind every frame. Together, they form a design language that flexes from micro to macro, from precise grids to expansive worlds.
