Mission:

At the highest level, your mission is to lead the charge for the “how” Los York produces world class creative work for our direct to brand relationships.

As the Brand Partner, you will work closely with the ECD and Head of Partnerships as you will continue to define a new way of working. Helping to deliver on-time, on-budget, exceptionally executed creative work. You are one part agency producer, one part post producer, and one part hyena (just because).

Outcomes:

• Own the process. Focus our teams and resources to get us to our best work. Expertly communicate a vision with the team. You are leading the process in how the work comes to life.

• Own the calendar. Proactively setting the stage for keeping the work and our teams on track.

• Own the budget. From start to finish, from scope creation to estimating to reconciling and generating overages, you oversee the management of overall budget allocation.

• Be nimble. As we continue to redefine the territory between concept and creation for our clients, bring best practices and create new ones to better serve today’s best brands. The world has changed, and you are flexible and determined in your approach to project management. Always two steps ahead.

• Producer Mindset. You are a world class producer and an expert in production. Every project that you “own” is well staffed and managed; all made possible by your key insights and knowledge.

• Calendar creation and management (long term, and project)
• Responsible for internal dissemination of feedback to internal teams
• Responsible for in the moment shaping of client feedback that affects timing/budget

• Experienced in working with Brands and Agencies

Key Internal Responsibilities

Time/Schedule Management

• Create and manage detailed project schedule
• Provide clear and accurate communication in regards to team member tasks and deliverables
• Ensure team has required information and resources to carry out tasks effectively
• Route projects through the internal system until final approval
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Project Estimating and Scoping

• Develop, implement, and manage project scoping, planning/scheduling of internal and external resources, estimating, and building project timelines

Resource Management

• Provide vendor/partner research and vetting to ensure they will deliver the highest-quality creative product and stay true to the vision of the project/deliverable.
• Identify best practices and develop new systems/process/tools for complex integrated client projects

Communication and Collaboration

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various internal stakeholders
• Be the communications hub between all agency team members that may touch an assigned account/project
• Maintain regular communication with the agency staff to provide status updates on schedule and budget.
