Justin Medley Joins Los York as Director of Growth

The creative studio LOS YORK is further expanding its leadership team and enhancing its creative, design, and production capabilities by hiring Justin Medley as its new Director of Growth. With extensive experience in marketing, advertising, and media sales, Justin brings a wealth of industry knowledge and valuable relationships with top advertising agencies and brands. Prior to joining LOS YORK, he served as the head of business development at Ghost Robot in New York City. Reporting directly to Managing Director Melina Osornio-Andrade, Justin will focus on fostering and maintaining strategic brand partnerships while seeking new business opportunities.

Over the past two years, LOS YORK has seen significant business growth, strengthening relationships with long-term clients while welcoming new brands such as Motorola, Stellantis, Teva, Logitech, 23andMe, Under Armour, and Disney. LOS YORK’s approach of un-siloing its business, creating cross-disciplinary collaboration, and providing an end-to-end solution for clients has proven successful, especially in 2023 when the studio executed full campaigns from creative ideation to final execution. Notably, campaigns for Under Armour and Motorola have been both strategically effective and creatively brilliant, earning multiple Clio awards.
